Wavelength

2021 - 5th  Year Fall

Architetcure

Wavelength is a Boathouse and Recreation Center designed for the University of Tennessee's Cherokee Farms Research Park. The building was designed with a novel roof structure designed to mimic the form of the kayak. The roof's form is made possible by the use of 3D printing. Each module serves as a skylight resulting in a wider variety of lighting conditions throughout the day. The project aims to be a recreation hub for the research park and the greater Knoxville community.
