CES Industries is faced challenges in pivoting into a new market during the COVID-19 pandemic, including reduced consumer spending, supply chain disruptions, increased competition, shifting customer needs, and regulatory challenges. To overcome these challenges, the company looked to establish a professional online presence through a e-commerce solution and strong branding in order help them reach a wider audience, market their products effectively, differentiate themselves from competitors, and establish trust with potential customers.
